Green Capes LC is launching an exciting new fundraising opportunity for schools selling gorgeous Dog Guide puppy calendars.

Slide 1: Introducing a New School Fundraising program. No Contact, No Cash, No Risk. Easy to sell calendars full of puppy pictures. Raise $10/Calendar. Slide 2: Green Capes Lions Club has created a gorgeous calendar featuring future service dog puppies. We partner with schools and non-profits to sell them. Your school earns $10 for every calendar sold. Our profits go to DogGuides.com. Slide 3: Calendars make great gifts: People love knowing their purchase helps raise pups and raise funds. A great way to teach students about helping others while fundraising for your school. Slide 4: Raising funds for your school is as easy as 1..2..3! 1) We build an eCommerce site for your School. (picture of miniature web site). 2) You promote and share your fundraiser (Picture of cartoon girl with cartoon dog). 3) We send calendars for your school to deliver. (Picture of student peddling bike with box behind). You earn $10 for each $20 calendar sold.

How the Fundraiser Works
You Supply Your School Info
We ask you to share a brief write-up with 2-3 photos about your fundraising program. We also need to know your target goal for total calendars sold.
We Build & Host Your School’s eCommerce Page
We will combine your school’s information with an online order form for the 2021 Green Capes Puppy Calendar. Beautiful photos from the 2020 calendar plus a short section on Dog Guides complete the webpage. Click here to see a sample webpage.
Prior to final publication, you will review and approve your webpage. Your key contact will also be provided with a user ID and password to view the sales report for your school at any time.
You Market the Calendars to Your Customers
Now you have a webpage, how do you get the word out? Download our templates for emails, social media posts, and posters – available here on our website. Copy – paste – send!
Your Customer Buys Calendars Online
Orders must be placed no later than November 10, 2020. When the customer enters their order, the system collects their contact information and payment. Credit cards and e-transfers are accepted – transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe, the same payment processor used by Amazon and Google. We do not store or have access to credit card numbers used. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer. It’s as easy as that!
We Ship Calendars Sold and Transfer Payment to your School
In mid November we will package the total number of calendars ordered and ship via Canada Post to your key contact. Your key contact will receive the tracking number by email from Canada Post.
The shipment will also include an envelope with the list of individual customer orders AND a cheque or e-transfer for your school’s net proceeds, i.e. Total # of Calendars x $10. An e-transfer is preferred.
Your School Distributes the Calendars
Time to spread smiles and good cheer with the arrival of the 2021 Green Capes Puppy Calendar. We will ship you a list of all customers including which student will be picking up the calendar. You distribute them.
